New Safety Docs

This summer the BIDA Safety Team rewrote and expanded our documentation.  The goal is to answer questions like:

• What's expected from people at BIDA?
• What sort of issues should I bring to Safety Team?
• If I bring them an issue, what sort of process will we follow?
• How do they handle confidentiality?
• What sort of things will they be considering?
• What sort of outcomes can I expect?

We hope the revised documentation answers these questions, and generally describes our process.  Have a look:
